I knew I wanted a brick oven for my backyard after seeing one at a tradeshow. Then came the countless hours
of researching ovens online - the different styles, the different construction materials and not to mention the
hundreds of different opinions about pizza ovens. It seems like EVERYBODY had an opinion to share. I chose
BrickWood Ovens as their system worked best for me.. not only was it WAY under my alloted budget, but I was
able to build the oven my way (I'm very OCD when constructing something). Needless to say, it was very easy
to build and I absolutely LOVE my finished BrickWood Oven! I've had it for over two years now and it keeps
getting better and better. It's the Rockstar of the neighborhood!

Since living in Europe with the Army for 3 years and traveling as much as we did, the one thing I missed most
was a wood fired pizza. So after searching many websites and almost being convinced to spend about $4000

Thanks so much for foam form, it worked great! A real time saver. The test fires are all complete and we made
about 20 pizzas the first weekend and even a large pork tenderloin. Yummy! So glad I went with the largest
size mold that you offer.

The Mattone Barile Grande form made the job very easy. The instructions are clear and simple making my
project go smoothly. I highly reccommend this product to any skill level from beginner to expert. The family has
enjoyed pizza, bread, pot roasts and we are still experimenting... The building was almost as fun as the

After months of searching for a pizza oven form, I choose BrickWoodovens.com Grande model. Although I am
a "do-it-yourselfer" I did need some help with the block work and fire brick. But afterwards, I was able to put my
own spin and additions on the final design. This form made the entire project possible and I could not have
done it without Kevin's help. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions around minor problems
with my design. Would do it again in a heart-beat!

You can build the entire oven quickly as you don't have to move your form for each row of bricks when building.
Build as fast or slow as you like. Comes out great even with no prior masonry experience. (The website is your
friend for instructions & videos!!). Made stucco from scratch and put fossils in the stucco. Good support from

I DID IT!!!!!
Seems the more I use it the better it works. I told my wife when she asked a chiropractor why on earth would
I want to do this by myself, I told her that with patients, raising kids and running around all the time,

Awesome Product! Built our oven SUPER FAST!
The form was perfect for what we needed! We were able to build our church a pizza oven (for the youth

Superb Product - Excellent Directions
I allowed myself 3 weekends to build my oven and it only took 2. Your foam form was very sturdy and was
just what I needed to make our oven (which works wonderfully). What was the most valuable to me though
were the directions - they were very easy to follow and the project went together like Legos. Will send

I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to say how awesome the foam mold was! After we built the
base, the oven was super easy to build with the form. I was surprised how dense the foam was - my
husband actually stood on it before we put the bricks on and it didn't even budge! Anyway, we got the oven

You have to try this!
I would consider my masonry skills as basic but this form made me look like a pro. It was easy to follow and
the instructions / pictures were a big help. I have received many positive comments from friends and
family. Anyone can do this!!
