"I decided to go with the Barile Mattone design after a fair amount of research... I’m happy with the decision because the design works great and wasn’t too difficult for one person. After a couple of months of experience, I would say so far so good, although, and I would emphasize this, baking is an adventure which requires some learning, some experience, and quite a bit of experimentation."
