Pizza Ovens Wood Burning

This pizza ovens wood burning feature sold me on the pizza oven life since the best tasting breads come from wood burning ovens. With the additional exhaust damper and pizza oven door rope gasket, those two additions have helped me add an average of 105° degrees to the overall heat retention cycle (bread having an average top curve of 500° plus for bread baking for 45 minutes). We LOVED this project! The great directions, illustrations, friendly company support, vendor supply list, and accompanying examples of others projects leading out to my own artistic license on how to finish off.
