Pizza Oven Outdoor

We could never have imagined what an awesome experience it was to build our very own brick outdoor oven! We were a little nervous at the start of the project since neither my wife or I had ever placed concrete or brick before. We ordered the Mattone Barile Grande - Package 2. We read over the brick outdoor oven plans several times before we started then purchased our materials using the materials shopping list in the free plans. We started our project on 21 July 2022 and couldn't wait for each day to do the next steps. The directions were amazing! After following the brick outdoor oven plans and placing all the brick we jokingly bragged to our friends than we were now professional bricklayers! We added our own touches such as tile trim and metal roof. We cooked our first pizza on Labor Day weekend and it tasted AMAZING! Our family and friends are able to box up their extra pizzas and strombolis we made and take them home.
