Once your chimney is built, top it off with the BrickWood Exhaust Kit. The kit without the pipe is made for the Mattone Barile and Mattone Barile Grande. Want extra draw and less smoke at the oven door? Choose the kit with the 12" chimney pipe instead. Then add the BrickWood Chimney Damper for up to 90% heat retention when compared to ovens without dampers.
