Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

At BrickWood Ovens, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you ordered your item to request a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In the same condition as when it was received
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All returned products must be in unused and resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Refractory materials (firebricks, mortar, castable refractory, ceramic fiber blanket, etc.)
International / overseas orders
Any item not returned in unused, original condition

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. refunds

Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the original purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

The following deductions apply:
• 25% shipping recovery fee (covers shipping and handling costs incurred shipping your original order to you)

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. You can expect your refund within two weeks of shipping your return back to us (often sooner) based on transit time and processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been received, inspected, and your refund has been processed.
